A standalone deathmatch level for Doom 2. This is the very first deathmatch map I ever created!
I made this simple deathmatch map for me to test out and play Doom 2 deathmatch with my dad at the beginning of summer break. The design is super simple and the object placement was definitely done by a novice. I took a few hours and updated the map to be more fun!
Features
- TWO versions of the deathmatch map!
- MAP01: Deathmatch with Dad – Remastered Version
- MAP02: Deathmatch with Dad – Original Version
- A Zandronum Campaign with bots so you can jump in and enjoy it solo if you’d prefer
- The remastered map features a MIDI of Godsmack – Awake
- Fun fact: Godsmack was the first band I could name and recognize on the radio when sitting in the passenger seat of my dad’s van when we went places together as a kid.
- The remastered map has an easter egg photo of my dad and I at “Donuts with Dad” in elementary school
