I support everything from 200+ servers, 1600+ workstations, Windows and software deployment and updates, endpoint security, VMware, Office 365 (including the migration to 365), mail filtering, system backups, file shares, migrations from legacy systems to current systems, network management, and many other systems.

Desktop Support at Fisher-Titus Medical Center

Contributed to the help desk team by closing service tickets which includes: completing system upgrades, servicing over 1000 Windows 7 and Windows 10 PCs, providing support for over 1000 healthcare employees, maintaining system security, provisioning new network users in several systems, and imaging PCs.
